GST, customs clearance fees and other applicable import charges are covered by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.
Which gift packaging is included?
Packaging depends on your selected option. The brush-only option includes the brush and engraving; the pouch option adds a pouch; the full gift option adds a pouch, ribbon and gift card. Bundles have their own contents listed on the product page.
A complimentary mirror is included only with the full gift option labelled Free Mirror. Brush-only and brush-with-pouch options do not include a mirror. Please check the listed contents for bundles.
Will my engraving look exactly like the preview?
The preview is illustrative. Natural wood grain and engraving tone will vary. Please check spelling and capitalisation carefully when submitting your engraving details.
How do I clean my Wooden Hair Brush?
1. Remove loose hair from the bristles.
2. Gently clean between the teeth and around the base using a toothbrush with warm soapy water.
3. Rinse lightly — avoid soaking the wood.
4. Allow to air dry with the bristles facing up.
Can the cushion wooden hair brush be used on wet hair?
Our cushion wooden hair brush works beautifully on both wet and dry hair. The cushioned base flexes gently to reduce breakage while effortlessly detangling — making it perfect for post-shower use too.
What if my gift arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or we made an engraving error, email hellosixdayscollection@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Our Refund Policy provides a free replacement or full refund for these issues. Read our Refund Policy.

Each brush is made from wood, sanded smooth and engraved free with any name, date, or short message. The wood carries a warm, natural grain that only gets better with use, no two are ever quite identical, which is part of what makes it feel personal rather than mass produced.
