Personalisation & dispatch

Personalised & Dispatched Within 2 Working Days. Processing begins after we receive complete, usable engraving details. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

We dispatch from Bukit Mertajam, Penang. Courier transit is additional to preparation time. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch, and tracking updates depend on the courier's first scan. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Please contact us before ordering for a date-sensitive gift.

Engraving details

Check spelling, spaces and capitalisation in the required product-page field before adding to cart. For separate brushes with different names, add each brush separately. For the set of three, enter each brush shape and name in the single field, for example: Classic: Ana; Oval: Mei; Square: Li. The combined limit is 60 characters. Contact us before ordering if your details do not fit. The homepage preview does not submit engraving details.

Changes or cancellations

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Requests are not guaranteed and may no longer be possible once engraving or personalisation has started.
